(1) By creating an online profile, those who qualify for the Federal Skilled Worker Programme demonstrate their desire to immigrate to Canada. In addition to their educational background, talents, work experience, and language proficiency, personal information is gathered regarding them.
(2) The ranking of eligible candidates in the Express Entry pool is determined by the Comprehensive Ranking System, an evaluation framework that considers multiple criteria to determine who is qualified for immigration to Canada via Express Entry.
(3) Those candidates in the Express Entry cohort who have been chosen by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) through the Express Entry immigration selection system are extended an Invitation to Apply.
(4) Medical examinations are a mandatory requirement for all individuals seeking immigration. The purpose of this is to identify any circumstances that could potentially impact the well-being of the Canadian populace or impose an undue burden on the health or social services of Canada.
(5) An assessment of the application will be conducted by a Canadian Immigration Visa Officer, who will meticulously examine the completed e-application and all accompanying documents following the current selection criteria.
(6) For the issuance of a Canada Immigration (Permanent Resident) Visa, the Right of Permanent Resident Fee (RPRF) and the candidate's passport will be required by the Canadian Immigration Visa Office.
