Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program

(1) Have relevant job experience unless the candidate is an international student who graduated from an Atlantic Canada-approved post-secondary institution.

(2) If they were full-time students and graduated from a recognised post-secondary institution in Canada, international students need not need work experience.

(3) Had a 16-month Atlantic province student visa or permit.

(1) Candidates for NOC TEER category 0 or 1 jobs must have a one-year post-secondary degree or equivalent outside of Canada.

(2) Candidates for NOC TEER category 2, 3, or 4 jobs must have a Canadian high school diploma or equivalent.

(1) Candidates for NOC TEER category 0 or 1 jobs must have a CLB or NCLC level of 5.

(2) For NOC TEER category 2, 3, or 4 jobs, candidates need CLB or NCLC 4.

(1) All other candidates must show they have enough money to settle in Canada with their families.

(2) Candidates with valid work permits in Canada do not need to produce proof of money.
